Each brand in our portfolio has a dedicated Brand Manager with a support team. Brands with strong stories command a price premium which means that consumers must aspire to own the product. Our Brand Managers walk the balance between meeting short-term sales targets and creating long-term demand, between high volume and exclusivity, and between high perceived value and premium pricing. They adapt global brand assets for the local markets and find new ways to tell brand stories in a voice that appeals to local consumers.
2. PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
For every brand we work with, we carefully select products with high potential to win in the market. Led by Micke and team, we help brand partners manage the product portfolio from launches to end-of-life planning. They set the price strategy and match product lineups with the right channel strategy. Supported by our retail audit and sellout data analytics team, they look for new pockets of demand and new consumers to convert.
Led by Joe and Mae, our communications team create meaningful ideas that build strong bonds between the consumer and your brand. Our strength is in identifying the right story-telling techniques that can trigger consumers, motivate them to buy, and build strong emotional bonds with the brand. We enlist story-tellers – from celebrities, influencers, retailers, consumers, promoters, and brand ambassadors – that have genuine love of our brands to help ignite strong “desire to own” our products.
4. DIGITAL MARKETING
We specialize in data-driven digital marketing to build brand image and create demand for your brand. Our services include digital strategy, media planning and buying, and KOL management. Led by Joe and team who bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to grow meaningful brands in the digital space.
5. MARKET RESEARCH
ASH believes in the rigour in our thinking – be it strategy or creative solutions. That’s why we integrate market research in our work to get a deep understanding of the market dynamic, brand segmentation, and consumer needs. Led by Patt and his team, our Market Research services have helped our brand partners navigate the market with success.

We offer our B2B customers both our branded products and OEM solutions for their own brands. From mobile operators, phone manufacturers, beverage companies and airlines to music streaming businesses and hotel chains, the team led by Sebastian and Anton helps to lift brands and add perceived value to consumers..
1. SALES (WHOLESALE)
To be honest there probably aren’t many consumer electronics retail chains in our markets who aren’t already our customers. They want to work with us because we bring them brands that their consumers crave for. ASH’s network covers more than 700 stores and specialty retailers. We’ve developed a deep understanding of their needs and offerings and we’ve built strong relationships that enable us to quickly roll out new products. Led by Tony and Adrian, our team works hard to manage and expand our partnerships in the region to provide a seamless infrastructure for your brands.
We specialize in mapping brands’ product lineups across the relevant e-commerce platforms, content-driven traffic, managing and coordinating campaigns between the offline and online world to give consumers a consistent value perception, and protecting brands from e-commerce dilution. Led by Markus and his team, we are well-versed in e-commerce marketing from strategy, traffic management and inventory management to order fulfillment and customer care.
4. CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
We manage various demand-generation campaigns for our brands throughout the year. We drive volume by focusing on creating perceived higher value instead of discounts. We create long-term market appetite with our marketing initiatives and minimise short-term sales boosting that can devalue the brands. Led by Tony, Adrian, and Brand Managers, we manage offline retailers’ expectations through constructive coordination with online channels.
5. CUSTOMER SERVICE
When our brand partners don’t have the capabilities to provide excellent and prompt customer service in the SEA region, we are here to help. We believe that the consumer comes before everyone else. To us, an unhappy consumer's query is the best opportunity to create a loyal ambassador if our customer service team handles their needs correctly. Led by Prim and team, we’ve trained our customer service team to be product experts, providing meaningful knowledge to consumers in their local language, manners and communication channels.
ASH sees customer service as an integral part in forming good brand relationship with the customer. Led by Dr. Aek, our team is well-versed in both branding and the local language. We provide professional training to front-line retail staff to become experts in brands and products. We coach them on problem solving, objection handling, and building personal relationships to leave great brand impressions with store visitors.
2. VISUAL MERCHANDISING
Visual merchandising also means storytelling. Some brands have strict VM guidelines, others rely mostly on our own creativity. Either way, it is a crucial chapter in the consumer journey. Led by Anne and Denise, our Visual Merchandising services include retail space conceptualisation, in-store display design, product assortments, POSM and furniture design and production, and investment management.
3. RETAIL AUDITING
Store operations is a people business. Competition for retail space is fierce. We know the importance of information accuracy and hands-on management, which is not easy when you need to optimise sales in 700+ stores. Our team led by Duck, Gluay, Gai and Denise provides Retail Auditing services to our Brand Managers to help gather information on VM compliance and shelf market share.
1. WAREHOUSING and transportation
ASH specializes in supply chain management to help our brand partners with order fulfillment. Led by Yam and team, our warehousing services include demand planning and order management, import and customs management, safe warehousing, transportation, inventory management and updates and delivery to retailers and consumers.
2. E-COMMERCE FULFILLMENT
ASH works with solid partners to fulfill e-commerce orders. With the warehouse, processes and logistics we have in place, we can help our brands to fulfill online orders with speedy and secured delivery within the Southeast Asia region.
3. WARRANTY CLAIMS
We handle the warranty processes for all of our brands. Led by Tang, we take care of the claim management process from both retailers and consumers when a product is faulty. We also offer reparation services for faulty speakers whether they are in or out of warranty. We pride ourselves in completing 90% of warranty claims within 3 working days.
For almost a decade, ASH has helped international brands establish themselves in Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries. Our Certification services include trademark registration and product certifications. Koi and her team brings deep understanding of the local processes and procedures to help take care of certifications for our partners.
